Lauren Pogson

Lauren has built award winning communications teams in global businesses and for UK brands. With almost two decades of experience, she is a recognised industry mentor with Women In PR and PR Week and is specialised in leading integrated communications strategies through crisis and rebuild.

At Evri, Lauren leads the team delivering PR and social media as well as the communications to more than 40,000 colleagues and couriers globally. Since joining in 2024, she has led an award-winning communications strategy for reputation turnaround at the parcel delivery firm, with the business ranked 8th in You Gov's most improved brands by early 2025.

Prior, Lauren held several senior roles at Co-op, leading on communications during near collapse through to rebuild. There she led the communications strategy for the UK's largest funeral provider during Covid, winning best use of Crisis Communications (PRCA) that year, before taking on broader corporate communications roles.
