Gina is an award-winning Social Media and Influencer Marketer who has spent the last 8+ years leading and executing campaigns for a wide range of global brands including Gucci Beauty, Rimmel London, PUMA UK, Diageo and Zalando. 

As Ponderosa's Director of Social and Influencers, Gina is passionate about crafting authentic brand narratives that are rooted in insight and resonate with the audiences native to the platforms they live on. 

With a robust background in creative strategy, her expertise lies in shaping campaigns that focus on building meaningful relationships with creators, ensuring that collaborations align with brand objectives, and ultimately, drive growth.

Throughout her career, Gina has also played an integral role in driving change within the industry. She was recruited into Smarts to develop the GTM strategy for the agency’s ‘Creator Hub’ offering, a £1m+ investment into the business. The new influencer and talent division was designed to help brands co-create with cultural traction and dynamic talent.

Equally, during her time at MSL, Gina was part of the team behind the ‘Influencer Pay Gap Report’ which uncovered a 22% pay gap between black and white influencers and a 23% disparity between disabled influencers and their able counterparts.  

In her limited spare time, Gina volunteers as MarComms Director and youngest ever board member at Ok Mentor, a social enterprise providing free crash mentorship to any woman, anywhere. Over the past year, Gina has rehauled the organisation’s entire content strategy, launched a TikTok channel, recruited a team of 9 and reached 100k+ women pursuing creative careers on social alone.
